A Little About My Approach

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully seen and understood. I integrate evidence-based methods such as EMDR and cognitive-behavioral strategies with a trauma-informed lens, always tailoring sessions to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to help clients build awareness, trust their own insight, and move toward a sense of balance and connection.
